Monti's Biography

2011-03-17_2206.pngMonti Tanner is an Assistant Principal at CBe-learn, Calgary Homeschooling and the Career and Technology Centre. He has also spent three semesters as a sessional instructor at the University of Lethbridge, teaching a course to undergraduate students on Web-Based Teaching.

Having taught in an online environment, Monti has also worked with a number of classroom-based teachers helping them incorporate online Distributed Learning technologies and pedagogies into their traditional environments.

Monti is is a graduate of the M.Ed program from the University of Lethbridge, with a focus on Leadership in Educational Technology.

Monti lives in Calgary with his husband, one dog, one fish, two birds and (what we assume is) the only tortoise that has his own URL and website:
